Once your cabinets have been dispatched from the manufacturer and are en route to the final mile terminal responsible for in-home delivery, you will receive an email notification. Subsequently, upon the cabinets' arrival at the terminal, you'll receive an automated text alert followed by a call within 24 hours to schedule the in-home delivery. Please note that standard messaging rates may apply. It's important to understand that the delivery appointment cannot be scheduled until the cabinets are physically received by the terminal. The specific delivery dates will depend on the local terminal's operational schedule. To minimize any inconvenience, deliveries are organized for the earliest available dates.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we recommend adhering to the designated timeframes. Should you be unable to accept the delivery on time, kindly note that you will be responsible for any daily storage fees incurred. The day or night before the scheduled delivery, you will receive an automated call providing you with a 4-hour delivery time frame for the following day. Moreover, on the day of delivery, the driver will contact you approximately 30 minutes to an hour before arriving at your residence to confirm the imminent arrival of the delivery truck. The delivery team is tasked with transporting the cabinets to the first dry area within your home. They will not open the boxes unless there is evident external damage that necessitates inspection. Please note that delivery days may vary depending on your location. Deliveries are conducted on specific days of the week according to the availability of our trucks. Designating a Pickup Contact

Cabinet Component Substitutions

It's crucial to recognize that the scope of this warranty does not extend to defects arising from factors such as improper handling, storage, installation, assembly, product modifications or alterations, exposure to extreme temperatures, deliberate damage, fire or water, natural occurrences, abrasive chemicals, inadvertent misuse, or the inevitable effects of normal wear and tear.

Given the natural essence of wood, it's integral to accept that cabinets may exhibit variations in texture, color, and wood grain. These subtle transformations over time are intrinsic to wood's inherent nature and are not encompassed by the Blue Ribbon Millwork warranty program.

For unfinished products, we take meticulous steps to ensure pre-sanding and preparation for finishing. However, depending on the finish application or at the discretion of the finisher, additional surface preparation may be recommended or desired. We strongly advise consulting the manufacturer of your chosen finishing product (paint, stain, etc.) for guidance on optimal preparation. It's noteworthy that surface scratches, minor dents, or wood defects will not fall within the purview of our warranty, as the final sanding and finish coatings are designed to address these minor imperfections. Consequently, the onus lies with the customer to diligently undertake proper sanding and the meticulous application of all finishes. For any warranty claims, a comprehensive Claims Submission Form must be submitted, complete with detailed descriptions of the defects along with accompanying photographs. Following the submission of your claim, Blue Ribbon Millwork will undertake a thorough review within a span of 7 business days. Upon diligent assessment, and at our discretion, we will determine whether repair or replacement of the defective product is warranted. In the event that a valid claim is approved.
